Web designer Fresher – must be proficient with HTML/Div based html structure, Photoshop, Flash Animations.
Junior Level Designers – Should be having suitable educational background and must have done some website design course.
Desired Profile:
Senior Web Designers – should be good with HTML, Div Based HTML Structure, W3C standards, Photoshop, Flash.
Junior Web Designers – should be able to learn HTML/Div based structures fast. They must have relevant educational background or training.
