Description: Our Client, a governmental institution, is looking for a Business Analyst.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and document business requirements and current and future business process workflows;
  • Facilitate business requirements work sessions including discussions using internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct business process workflow and requirements gathering;
  • Perform and document gap analysis on current and future business process workflows;
  • Communicate between end-users and technical areas to ensure functional and non-functional business needs are captured in the business requirements;
  • Develop the Business Requirements Document (BRD) when required;
  • Perform analysis on future processes to determine impact and risk to organization on various dimensions including competency/skills, knowledge and communications;
  • Transfer knowledge and skills to the Client's staff.

 
 Requirements:

  • Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation (5+ years);
  • Experience with facilitation of business requirements gathering meetings/discussion (5+ years);
  • Experience with business gap analysis and documentation (5+ yeras);
  • Experience with Stakeholder Impact Analysis (5+ years);
  • Experience working with the Data Centers and the vendors (3+ years);
  • Experience with an Organizational Change Management (OCM) (3+ yeras);
  • Experience using Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) tools (2+ yeras) (preferred);
  • Experience mentoring less experienced Business Analysts (2+ years) (preferred);
  • Undergraduate degree.
