1. SQL-SERVER DBA with 4+ yrs of technical exp. In SQL-SERVER (2000, 2005,2008)
2. Strong skill in SQL-SERVER Migration from 2000/2005 to 2008
3. Good knowledge on window server clustering and installing SQL-SERVER 2008 on cluster environment
4. Good knowledge on SQL-SERVER performance tuning (and not sql query tuning)
5. Good in window O.S. knowledge in terms of installations, performance tuning
6. Overall good communication and documentations skill
