Duration : 8 months contract.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach, strong systems and analytical skills with Business Analytics. The role will involve the use of analytical skills, creation of meaningful metrics, Use Cases, interpretation of data and management reporting. Candidates will also develop tracking tools and new metrics to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Operation. Identify opportunities to reduce risks in both systems and operational processes and develop action plans for management review. Identify operational efficiencies and develop action plans for management review.
Requirements Gathering
Use existing Standard Operating Procedures, along with user interview to document Business
Requirements for Operational, Trading and Customer Service functions.
Creating Test Use Case Files: For Business Requirements.
Work with Standard Operating Procedures and help to improve new SOP's.
2 years broker/dealer experience required or financials industry with securities and trading.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex inter-system dependencies.
Ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions.
Must be able to work effectively across departmental lines.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to interact effectively with senior managers.
Proficiency with MS Office Applications.
