lookingfor a Lead/ Sr. BA. With heavy heavy requirements gathering (actually leadingmeetings with teams (both business and technical) to get proper and detailedrequirements). If they have just some healthcare but a lot of insurancebackground that can also work.

The ideal candidate will haveexperience working on government programs and/or commercial client commitments.

· Experience preparingexcellent documentation on business requirements

· Experience working withvarious tools used for gatherings requirements

· Experience in systemdesign and development required for business processes

· Expertise defining anddocumenting current and future state businessprocesses          

· Solid experience inprojects and operations management

· Good written and oralcommunication
