Job Description:
Presenting firm's capabilities to prospective and existing clients and differentiating the services using the knowledge of our niche service offerings
Positioning the company and its services as a niche domain oriented player in the wealth management space.
Identify & analyze the client requirements, thoroughly mapping the accounts.
Propose apt solutions based on client requirement.
Manage complex sales situations & acquire new clients based on "value based selling".
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
After Sales service to all clients.
Generating new leads through meeting prospects in the conferences and making cold calls using public information as well as company's proprietary databases.
Meet existing and prospective clients in targeted segments and pitch our services to them.
Client documentation.
Manage collections and accounts receivables.
To systematically execute the sales process to facilitate delivery of revenue targets.
Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix.
Preparing and maintaining Sales Call reports and all relevant MIS as required by the management at regular intervals.
To create and participate in sales promotions activities.
Build and update prospects database with any new or relevant information.
Assisting the Team leader/Management.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should be a B.com/BBA/Mcom/MBA.( with finance and marketing background will be an added advantage though not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
The prospective candidate must have exceptional presentation skills and passion for sales.
Dynamic, pleasing, presentable personality.
Should be well networked
Strong relationship skills. Should be able to develop and maintain relationships.
Self-Motivated entrepreneurial style of sales. The role is very entrepreneurial.
Ability to interact with people at all levels of society.
Ability to think up of creative and attractive ways of conceptualizing and planning activities and events so as to ensure a high degree of attraction to the targeted audience and generate leads.
Aggressive in prospecting and generating leads. Assertive in client relationships and sales process management.
Ability to provide timely, clear and concise, and action oriented feedback to all so that appropriate actions are taken.
Should have basic knowledge of marketing principles, practices and precedents.
Must be familiar with the use of MS office tools like excel, PowerPoint and Word. Should be able to generate and analyze reports using these tools.
Preferably should have own conveyance.
Willingness to learn and up-grade knowledge continuously.
