For PHP Developer Profile :
Candidate should have strong experience on Core PHP and MySQL.
Good knowledge in Zend Framework/CMS
Plus to have experience/knowledge in Joomla,Drupal, Wordpress, smarty, OScommerce, Magento, etc.
For Web Designer Profile :
Should be well versed with Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Corel Draw, HTML/XHTML,CSS,Java script, indesign.
Should be able to think of unique and professional design ideas.
Maintain new and current web sites (i.e. update files and information on media kit, images, etc. monthly)
Desired Profile:
Should have good experience in any framework like cakephp, Zend framework, code igniter. .
Should be able to work in a team
Strong problem solving skills
Should be able to meet aggressive deadlines
Should l be responsible for his/her work
