Managing Front office/ channeling income calls and attending customer queries
Handling walk-in clients.
Organizing regular administrative works to help other staff to perform their duties.
Custodian for all office related documents and assets.
Procurement of whatever goods and services are required.
Organizing and coordinating for meetings.
Data entry in companies CRM system.
Attending customer queries through mails.
Maintaining petty cash book.
Maintaining books of accounts.
Passing entries in Tally.
Deducting and paying TDS.
Payroll preparation.
Periodical reconciliation regarding receivables and payables.
Handling statutory issues.
Finalizing of accounts.
Providing MIS reports to the management on time to time.
Other additional responsibilities might be delegated as and when required
Desired Profile
B.com/M.com/M.B.A (Finance).
0 to 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative activities.
Proficiency in Tally 9, Ms- Office and internet.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly energetic and enthusiastic to learn and implement.
Command over English (written and verbal), Hindi and Local language (at least Verbal).
Should be work oriented and self start attitude.
Strong in Follow-Ups and Reporting.
Willingness to stretch regarding office timings and responsibilities.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
