Assistant Manager-Operations Description • Manages large amount of Confidential data • Responsible for process compliance • Drive continuous improvements • Streamline & standardize the process workstreams • Establish and ensure robust controls and checks • Review of control reports prior to finalization of payroll • Maintenance of process documentation viz SOPs, process maps, manuals, etc. and the same is current • Manage escalations & resolve Tier 3 issues • Review all changes to configuration prior to placing the request • Represent & lead on multiple payroll related projects • Hiring of right people, • Handle escalations • Address complex queries • Sending reports • Accuracy of processing • Act upon ad hoc payroll requests in a timely manner, without impacting the business.
