Experience : 0-3 yrs (Call Taking Role with an international BPO)
Job Description :
Configuration of Modem & Router
Removal of virus
Installation of Windows & MAC
Configuration of Computer Peripherals (Printers, scanner etc.)
Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
Dispatches escalated issues as appropriate
Awareness on key metrics and targets.
Requirements:
Any graduate (10+2+3) or Diploma holder with basic knowledge of Hardware, Networking and Operating System.
Willingness to work night shifts
Typing speed of 25 WPM with 80% accuracy is a mandatory requirement
Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent
Must be able to join immediately
