Defining the project scope according to approved features list & man-hour estimate.
Making Proposals 

Desired Profile :
A self starter with good team management skills and excellent analytical and communication skills.  Should posses good documentation skills to deliver the best BA artifacts like BRDs. Prior experience of programming would be an added advantage.
