Detailed Job Description:

 

1. It is a new project requirement and hence ramp up and ramp down will keep happen.

2. Resource must be ready to travel as the requirement is for Onsite.

3. Must be able to work with the team and key stakeholders to set the key goals and major objectives.

4. He/She is expected to maintain focus and provide clear direction to the team members, to be clear about the program’s priority in the portfolio and to help team member personal/technical development.

5. Resource must be able to perform Decision Making/Judgement.

6. Understands the technical/functional issues associated with the project.

7. Extensive experience is required in Data cap and Filenet and will be able to assist team members and guide them accordingly.

8. He/She must be having extensive experience in handling clients in an effective manner.

9. Excellent communication is required and able to handle the clients in an effective manner.
