Position:Sr QA Analyst (FinancialDomain exp)

Location:St Cloud, MN

Telephonicinterview

Duration:2-3 months

 

Skillsand Other Requirements

1.           Atleast 8 years of progressively responsible experience in IT onmultipleplatforms, operating systems, and software

2.           Minimum6 years' experience as a QA Analyst

3.           Knowledgeof general IT tools, processes and systems used in the FinancialServices orBanking industry.

4.           Generalbusiness understanding of the Financial Services industry is helpful.

5.           Mustpossess the understanding and ability to conduct performance tests usingLoadrunner or other performance testing tools

6.           Four-yearuniversity degree or college diploma in the field of ComputerScience,Engineering, or a directly related field

7.           Proficiencywith various Technical tools including Toad (SQL), QualityCenter,load/performance testing tools

8.           Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, MicrosoftAccess, and otherbusiness/financial applications

9.           Stronginterpersonal and organizational skills required

10.         Abilityto communicate effectively and professionally with technical,non-technical andexecutive personnel orally andin       writing

11.         Highlyself-motivated and directed, able to work with minimal supervision

12.         Strongcustomer service orientation

13.         QAcertification a plus

 

Projectdetails:

Candidatewill be working on aconversion project migrating data from one applicationversion toanother.  This will also include upgrading specific applicationstoaccommodate the conversion and user requirements.
