Job Description:
Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Strong experience in recruitment.
Should have experience working with direct client and third party.
Should have background with handling all aspects of recruitment (identifying, qualifying, negotiating, managing, and closing).
Responsible for time bound recruitment for all assigned openings.
Expertise in using Job sites like Dice , JobUSA , Monster etc.
Should be aware of all the current and latest technologies related to IT
Desired Profile:
Freshers can also apply but should have good comm. skills. & Technical Background.
Fresh Btech graduates and the ones who have some domestic technical recruitment exp. will get preference
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Should have ability to multi task, and handle pressure.
Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills
