Officer – Customer Support Centre
Maintain the focus on incoming and outgoing call volumes
To answer/ record customer problCSC, giving precise information
To be able to meet the given time line for taking calls
Achieve daily set targets set by the Team Leader
Meet quality criteria set by the department
Assign all calls within the agreed Service Level Agreements
Pro-actively assign calls
Respond to and monitor the call board
