Job Description:
Coordinate with HO and physically meet customers who are not reachable.
Call all branch mapped customers and physically meet those not reachable
Identify profile and put in the right channel for re engagement
Handle customers at branch end for webinars on education and demos
Be the single point contact or assist 20 /40 customers at a time.
Follow up calls on customers for webinars/demos
Resolve / Monitor service resolutions and follow up calls to customers
Follow up calls on customers who are overdue to start trading
Provide one to one demo/ education for customers who require them.
Follow up calls to customers on call backs
Coordinate with HO to accommodate branch customers online for webinars
Desired Profile:
Excellent Communication
Must be a graduate
Candidate's will knowledge about financial market will be preferred.
Fresher's are welcome
