B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 60% and must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.

Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

Desired Profile:

Fresher or experience in voice-based technical support

should have knowledge of troubleshooting in internet support services for clients

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should be able to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support

should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support for clients
