Job Description:
Provides training to trainers as well as technology novices per pre-defined training schedule and plans.
Follows all predefined standards and procedures while conducting training including soliciting feedback and documenting all unanswered queries and requests
Provides complete feedback after completion of each training sessions to Manager (Systems) including documented attendance records and training feedback forms.
Travels to different locations across India depending on training schedule and assignments.
Desired Profile:
Educational Qualifications : Graduate with IT hardware knowledge
Skills / Capabilities : Experience in training technology novices, as well as technical trainers.
Willingness to travel across India.
0 – 3 yrs experience in training technology users.
Preferably with exposure to training technology novices as well as tech-savvy users.
