Job Description:
Evaluate and audit telephone communications between our client.s agents and customers.
Report the scores and provide detailed feedback to managers, supervisors and individual agents via an easy-to-use online reporting system.
Regularly attend calibration calls with the clients to ensure 0% Quality variance.
Experience in a tech or a semi-tech process will be mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
6 months to 3 Years International Call Centre Experience in Voice process
Excellent Business Communication Skills (For Client Interactions)
Multitasking Abilities 4. Urge to grow into Middle and Senior Management positions
Willing to Travel to the US on Duty as a part of Globalization Initiative
Willing to work in a 24/7 Environment.
