Location: East Hartford, CT

Duration: 12 Months

 

Responsibilities:

•       Administration of the Enterprise and F5 environments.

•       Implementation of vendor provided load balancing & iRulerequests.

•       Problem analysis and resolution working with the vendor, BESTApplication Hosting, BEST Networking, BEST Security, BEST Application Support.

•       Monitoring of the Enterprise and F5 environments.

•       Performance analysis of the Enterprise and F5 environments.

•       Change management processes

 

Documentation:

•       Create, modify and maintain BEST Load Balance Template

•       Create, modify and maintain F5 support procedures

 

Experience and skills:

•       Set up of load balance rules

•       Implement iRules

•       F5 Administration for Viprions (C2400) and 4200Vs

•       Experience with F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM)

•       Experience with F5 Routing

•       Experience with F5 Global Traffic Manager 2000 (GTM)

•       Experience with F5 Application Security Manager (ASM)

•       Strong oral and written communication skills
