Job Title:          C++/C# Developer
Location:          Tulsa, OK  
Duration:          12+ Months Contract
Must be EAD, GC or Citizen

Job Responsibilities: 
Application Development position on an Agile software development team focused on delivery of quality software solutions in support of key business imperatives. The qualified candidate will work with IT Architects / Analysts and business stakeholders to design and develop solutions for telecom voice usage collection / correlation and mediation / rating functions. This person will work in an iterative development environment and will be responsible for solving a wide array of related business problems.

Essential Duties
Performs systems development and design activities
Implement s quality assurance and change control activities
Assists with creation and application of both short-term and long-term plans
Provides accurate levels of effort and is accountable for commitments
Collaborates with teams across the company to deliver projects and program initiatives.
Performs production support activities (On-call, Training, Ticket resolution, outage bridges, etc.)
Provides status on assigned tasks / report issues / follow up (i.e. Daily Stand-Ups, SDLC alignment, etc.)
Participates in Release Management activities
Provides input and adherence to architectural standards. (i.e., Services, Technology standards, approved software, etc.)
Maintains awareness of technologies, applications, and developments in the industry.
Delivers results for project and program deliverables
Delivers resolution to key issues and mitigations to risks

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Software development experience with minimum of 3 years developing production solutions using object oriented design and programming skills
Strong understanding and practical experience with design patterns
Strong Experience with C++, Java, Oracle, Unix, Perl, Unix Shell Scripting
Experience with telecommunications voice usage mediation/rating functions
Proven ability to work in a team setting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working in an Agile development methodology using Scrum practices
Experience with industry standard build/deployment tools
Ability to write clear, concise documentation
Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
Ability to prioritize and good time management skills
3+ years' experience in medium to large application development initiatives/projects

Education and Experience
Experience: 3+ years
Education level: Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology or related field)
