Location: Portsmouth, NH

Description-

 

•          Must have experience with the BMC Remedy Tool version 7.604 or higher (8.1)
•          Responsible for the Remedy Application Lifecycle Management: governance, development and maintenance
•          Responsible for the SDLC Life Cycle Management: Remedy configuration and functional changes (i.e. tool enhancements)
•          Service Provider for the IT Service Management Tool process: Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Remedy applications, Mitigates application impact to the users, Supports application-related project activities (i.e. platform migrations, data restore) and Triage of technical issues within the Remedy tool
•          Standards and Controls: Support SMP and Audit Process, deliver evidence associated with SDLC controls for ITSM
