Description:.  

Business System Analyst

Phoenix, AZ

6+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

a)    Work closely with Stake Holders, Development Team and Software Testing team.

b)    Take ownership of user requests and ensure that a timely, complete solution is delivered timely to the user.

c)    Document Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications/Requirements, Test Conditions document, Non-Functional Requirements where applicable.

d)    Modify Business requirements if required

e)    Demonstrate strong problem solving ability, logic, and analytical skills.

f)     Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.

g)    Experience working with customers or in a customer support role is desirable.

h)    Performing comprehensive preliminary testing and producing all entrance criteria documentation required to promote products under development to Production.

i)      To plan, facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications

a)    Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years.

b)    Experience in Software Development Life Cycle including requirements/specifications development and user acceptance testing.

c)    Strong skills in office software tools.

d)    Strong analytical skills.

e)    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

f)     Effective collaboration with team members and business partners; excellent interpersonal skills

g)    Experience delivering on customer needs

h)    Project management and timeline management skills

i)      Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines

Preference

a)    Previous experience in Healthcare / Pharma Industry. Very desired / a must

b)    Knowledge of ICH and GCP

c)    Knowledge and/or training in Pharma Regulatory Compliance.
