Role: BDE / Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months to 4 years
Type of Role: Full Time
• Minimum 6 months to 4 yrs into US staffing
• Must know how to do recruitment through Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, Indeed etcportals.
• Resourcing, Head Hunting, Internet Research, Rate Negotiations
• Recruiting candidates through Internet research, internal database, coldcalling, referrals and other.
• Following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
• Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get the candidates in quickturnaround time.
• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following upregarding the rates and client interviews.
• Closing at the best deals
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highlymotivated and self-directed.
· Ability to work in a team environment witha high sense of urgency.
· Mustbe Process Oriented and Methodical in approach
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Must have experience in negotiating & finalizingsalary/ rate with GCs, US. Citizens, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders.
Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, US taxterms.
