Experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale, Java/J2EE projects from end-to-end.

Ability to translate business requirements into system interface design

Experience with n-tier J2EE technologies such as Java Enterprise Edition 5, JavaScript, Web Services, JMS, Enterprise Beans, Spring/Hibernate, Maven, JDBC, JMX, securing Java applications, strong YUI, CSS, JSP, JSON, Jackson, HTTP, XML, XSD, XSLT, Parsers, and/or Eclipse IDE. Effective interpersonal and formal communication skills through various media (in person, writing, telephone, online meeting)

Knowledge of RDBMS .Experience in Service-orientated Architectures

Experience with Unit testing and writing well formatted and documented code.

 

Must be able to interact with business operations and business analysts to understand the business requirements in order to create detailed design and technical specification artifacts.

Must be able to lead and guide junior developers with both technical and process concerns.

Solid experience working in a fast paced development environment and multiple initiatives with good multi-tasking skill.

Experience working with multiple technology teams (internal and external) and be able to facilitate design sessions.

Demonstrated ability to present options and technical recommendations in a manner that supports quality decision making

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the workload and project needs

Experienced in managing multiple projects and working in a fast paced environment work under tight time frames.

Knowledge of application programming best practices and corporate architecture standards and guidelines.
