Salesforce.com Development Lead
· The SLD will coordinate with both ORC Director of IT and The client's TL/SA to put into action SFDC development and functional efforts
· Implements Functional and Systematic plan
· Assists less senior the client's staff in the successful completion of their technical objectives
· Not distracted by politics
Key responsibilities
· Exhibits deep level domain knowledge in the areas of SFD and BSS subject matter
· Active reviewer of technical documentation related to functional and systematic requirements
· Participates in implementation planning meetings
· Responsible for developing domain capabilities and understanding within the client's on-site implementation team
· Maintains high quality and on-time delivery of committed work products
Background/ Critical skills
· 6-8 years experience in systems architecture implementation within a Telecommunications BSS environment
· Excellent customer facing skills acquired through an onsite solution architecting role
· Deep technical knowledge of SFDC
· Familiarity with billing systems
· Effective leader working in a team environment
