Job Description:
The Sr. Software Engineer position will be part of a professional services team focused on working closely with clients to deploy and configure high quality workflow solutions. Candidate will be responsible for solving a wide array of Java/J2EE and workflow related business problems through skills as described below. The role is primarily responsible for integrations between Hosted Business Process management Suite and various client back office systems.

6 to 8+ years of software development experience with minimum of 4 years developing J2EE solutions using object oriented design and experience with the following
Technologies:
Strong experience with EJB and SOAP web services implementation.
Expertise in XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, WSDL.
The ability to develop quick prototypes in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Flash or Flex.
Strong knowledge of UML.
Confident in writing SQL & PL/SQL.
Experience with XTRAC or similar Business Process Management suites is a plus.
Experience with MQSeries a plus.

Experience with Financial and or telecommunications domain.
Must be detail oriented and a team player, but also capable of working independently requiring minimum guidance.
Ability to deliver amidst complexity and change.
