Job Description:

Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)

Basic Desktop and computer knowledge. Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts for TSO (Technical Support Officer position is a must.

Possess good organizational and time management skills

Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers

Exhibit strong teamwork

Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills

Attentive listener

Ability to use common courtesies

Confident while communicating

Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age

Graduate in any Stream

Undergraduate are also welcome (pursuing graduation through correspondence)

Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24×7x365 environment

Responsible for giving customer support on telephone.

TSO – US process – ISP based Technical troubleshooting

CSE – US process – customer service & Collections

CSE – UK process – customer service
