Job Description:
Customer Service Executives : Young and smart Graduates with 0-3 experience in customer service delivery.
The incumbent should have ability to manage multiple customers, should be energetic, possess excellent communication skills and good computer skills.
Freshers with exceptional drive to succeed may also walk in.
Floor Coordinator : Graduate with 1-4 years experience in crowd/queue management, resolve customer queries and issues, handholding customers etc.
