Job Description:
Conducting prior art searches
Patent Drafting
Generating weekly patent landscape reports
A good knowledge of MS Excel/MS power point and various Patent databases is required.
Working in a team of 2-3 members of a patent landscape project.
Freshers from IIT, NIT and other top institutions are encouraged to apply.
Desired Profile:
Experience in patent searches and patent analytical work, such as, prior art searches, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis, invalidation searches, claim charts, infringement analysis, patent landscape/competitive intelligence etc.
Good understanding of patent databases and other proprietary technical databases
Knowledge of Patent drafting and Prosecution work would be an added advantage
Superior writing and oral communication skills with a particular ability to translate scientific concepts into language easily understood by a non-scientist
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to attend to detail and work independently
Self-starter who can work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet inflexible deadlines on own initiative and find creative solutions to problems
