Solving customer queries by providing Customer support through e-mail.
To handle transaction and management of queries received from customers
Maintaining and building relationship with customers fostering reliability, quality of service and efficient delivery with respect to customer service.
Collaborates with other team members on knowledge transfer, development of knowledge bases, standards, policies and procedures
Desired Profile:
Added advantage of work experience in email customer support environment

Excellent communication skills and assertiveness without being aggressive.
