Brief overview of NAS COS – (Hiring Manager Amit Dilip Shah)

Fax Queue is a part of COS group in NAS. This is the front end for data processing center, where the team processes incoming faxes and enters them into the system and routes it to corresponding department. COS Fax Queue includes prepping and indexing of faxes, Manual process of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and also DASH research. This team has to be well versed with all documents as to route them accurately.

 

The Job Description is as below:

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage large teams that provide comprehensive outsourcing services in various platforms like Enterprise, Whitney, Payforce.
  • COS team supports overall payroll process in shared services environment by providing services to functions like Data Entry, Garnishments, Fax Queue, Manual checks, Tax and Finances, Banking, Quality assurance & Inquiry Management etc. Should be able to manage processes across sites effectively and in timely manner.
  • Establishes the appropriate structure and responsibilities for attaining business objectives. These typically include:
  • Service Level Management (Productivity, Quality, Timeliness)
  • Dashboard Compliance and Regular Enhancement
  • Succession Planning and Development of team
  • Associate Engagement - Hiring,  Learning & Development; Career Progression and Associate Retention
  • Process Innovation & Value Addition
  • Client Relationship Management – BU and Internal Clients
  • Management Reporting (Dashboards)
  • Process Compliance
  • Effective DR / BCP strategies and planning / implementation
  • Contribution to Organizational Initiatives
  • Constantly evaluates results to determine if performance objectives are being met and adjusts accordingly.
  • Has operational responsibility for the unit's associates working together to achieve world class service, operational excellence, Quality Compliance, and employer of choice goals and objectives. 

Required Skills and Competence:

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and be responsible for teams remotely.
  • Excellent presentation – both oral and written skills are required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Proven ability to effectively direct and lead an operation in attaining cost avoidance, client satisfaction, and associate engagement and retention goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possesses good judgment and the ability to foster teamwork and support upper management decisions.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Open for Night Shifts.
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others.
  • Ability to work in a Matrix structure
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to resolve conflicts and bring out convergence
  • Ability to address training and career development needs of individuals, teams or organization.
  • Must show adaptability and an innate ability to learn new cultures and get along with people.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 8-10 years of operational and management experience
  • Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization
  • Any Graduate / Post graduate

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA
  • Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company  
  • Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
  • Candidates who have applied in the last 3 months
