Good Interpersonal Skills Good Negotiation Skills Key Responsibilities: Floating tenders for the outsourcing activities / AMCs such as Housekeeping, Office security, Canteen Staff, Communication devices, Air Conditioning, Car Hiring and Rentals, Car Leasing Companies, Travel Agents, Hotel Bookings Handling Pricing and Negotiations with these agencies and continuously find better ways of getting cost efficiency by reducing expenditure on the same Coordinate day to day with the outsourcing agencies such as Housekeeping, Office security, Canteen Staff, Communication devices Electricity & Air Conditioning, Car Hiring and Rentals, Car Leasing Companies, Travel Agents, Hotel Bookings Maintaining documentation and the costs incurred Handling Customer Complaints effectively to address issues regarding admin activities in the organization Creating and maintaining vendor rating process Creating and maintaining customer satisfaction process and giving quarterly feedback to Head HR on the various issues faced Coordinating payments to vendors Facilities and Properties management Asset Maintenance & Consumables management (stationery etc.) Liaison with regulatory authorities for taking & renewing licenses for stores under various Acts (like – Shops & Establishment, Signboard, Trade, Phonographic, Indian Performing Right Society, Contract Labour Registration etc.) To Check contractor compliances on regular basis through audits To insure about telephone connectivity at store before opening the store To insure about the telephone line installed at store before opening the store Checking monthly Invoices of Housekeeping & Security of SO. Checking monthly compliances Housekeeping & Security of SO. Issue admin kit to new joinees Checking monthly bills with pricelist & forward for payment. Issue mobiles to all the new joinees as per policy. Arrange Vdata card to Laptop users. Maintenance of mobiles. Issue Matrix - International roaming cards to abroad visitors. Checking store monthly bills & sending for payment. Taking care of pantry requirements Looking for new AMC's for domestic & International couriers Keeping track of all the Inward / Outward couriers.
