Job Title:          Business Analyst with EHR Experience
Location:          Quincy, MA
Duration:          12+ Months Contract

Must be Local to MA, NH or RI.
Interviews will be face to face.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with members of the client Operations team, Communications and Outreach team, and software development project teams
Interact professionally with business representatives of participant organizations and other stakeholder organizations from across the Massachusetts healthcare community.
Document business and technical operations requirements and participate in their development
Define, document, and improve business and technical operations processes
Create, review, and update technical, educational, and policy documentation
Prepare and review material for the Mass HIway website
Manage processing of participation agreements and invoices
Analyze operations data and prepare related reports and presentations
Provide current and prospective Mass HIway participants with additional information and guidance
Review and provide feedback on the software provider’s documentation, particularly the Implementation Guides, User Manuals, and User Training Guides
Assist the Mass HIway Operations Manager and team with other activities, as required.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
At least 5 years IT Operations and operations analysis experience
Business requirements analysis and documentation experience
Business process analysis and design experience
Healthcare IT experience with HIPAA, HIE, and EHR system knowledge
SDLC and methodology familiarity
Effort, schedule, and resource estimation experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
