Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 4-6 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:
IRADS risk adjustment system enhancements and reports Project is comprised of a team of 12 currently.
The top 5-10 responsibilities for this position: (what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Document business requirements
Develop test cases
Perform user acceptance testing and production acceptance testing
Develop new adhoc reports
Modify and run existing reports
Software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:
SQL, SQL Server, TOAD, Ultra Edit, familiarity with SDLC and Agile process
Skills/attributes are a must have:
3+ years required advanced business analytical skills - problem solving, documentation, research and summarization
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with internal business to assess, define and document business needs, issues and ideas.
3+ years experience writing business requirements. Familiarity with the SDLC process.
3+ years experience testing on-line applications. Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing including developing & documenting test cases.
3+ years experience querying normalized databases using SQL and/or competency using MS Access and SQL Server
3+ years experience defining report specifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments within prescribed timeframes.
