This position is to support End to End testing of ICD-10.  The resource will be required to understand the End to End Claims Business Process.  In addition, they should have a good understanding of the objectives of the ICD-10 program.
*Create test deliverables and perform testing for internally developed or external purchased products
*Perform static, functional, technical integration, end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing
*Execute job streams for creating test beds, assigning test scenarios, writing test scripts and tracking defects to certify that applications meet technical and business requirements
*Analyze and make specific recommendations on improvements that can be integrated into business processes *Participate in reviews throughout the development life cycle
*Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by providing the necessary support to the business users *Knowledge of workflows and business and technical requirements

 

Job Requirements:            
*Experience with user acceptance testing, functional and regression testing techniques
*Ability to extract data utilizing SQL (Oracle and DB2)
*Ability to analyze and evaluate xml data including x12 format
*Experience with use cases and use case realizations to develop test plans and scripts
*Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes and procedures
*Knowledge of HP Quality Center
*Knowledge of Health Claims Systems - Professional, Institutional, RX, ICD-9, CPT4, PX/DX Relationships, and Medical Terminology
*Knowledge of OPL, COB, Pricing, Benefit testing - End to End Claims Business Process Testing
*Knowledge of defect management processes
*Knowledge of Mainframe/CICS/DB2
*Knowledge of Client Server applications

Job Summary (Describe the purpose of the job in 1-2 sentences) The Middleware Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from gathering requirements through delivery of a middleware solution to on-going maintenance and enhancement. This role will involve design of interfaces from internal and external systems. It will require working with internal and external clients, communicating, explaining design of interfaces.   Position will be responsible to review, analyze and modify interfaces, including coding, testing, debugging and installing to support the organization's middleware application, architecture, and standards.
	Responsibilities
1.	Technical Expert:   As the Subject Matter Expert, drive the definition of the technical middleware architecture, define components for the design and development, as well identify skills/resources required for development.
2.	Development:   Participate as needed in the development and implementation of Middleware software based on approved design. Write new programs or create modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project requirements. Follow established standards for the design, coding, and testing of software.
3.	Testing:   Review test plans, test files, and scripts for unit testing through integration testing.  Work with users to validate system testing and conformity with functional requirements.
4.	Implementation:   Follow appropriate change management and implementation procedures.  Ensure that appropriate technical and functional documentation is prepared. Coordinate the implementation process.
5.	Support:   Provide guidance on technical troubleshooting and coordinate support with vendors and internal support teams. Provide support to new applications during and after implementation.
Qualifications: (What are the minimum requirements for the position?)
Education		B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science or related field.
Experience		5-7+ years' experience in implementation of large scale Middleware applications.  Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware version 10g or above. Very Strong experience with BPEL, ESB , OSB , SOA Suite 10.1.3.3 and above.  Experience with AIA PIPs, AIA Concept, AIA Foundation Pack Weblogic Middleware Product Stack, as well as other middleware products (IBM Websphere stack), Service Orientated Architecture (SOA),  integrating applications with business and partner applications, preferably through a middleware, SOA type solution .   Must have experience and judgment for planning, communicating, and achieving goals of position and "Hands on" design and development experience.
Competencies		Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills.  Ability to work in team-oriented, matrix-managed environment.  Demonstrated logic and programming knowledge with tools such as Java and PL/SQL.  Proven analytical skills.  Strong customer service orientation.  Knowledge of business process development and improvement.    Ability to be involved in the change management of the maintenance and enhancements of the product to insure that the future direction is not impacted.  Requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SOA Suite and Middleware concepts.
