Description:

TFS- Technical Business Analyst

Business Analyst

Assist in the daily support of Recovery Operations on our RMS system as well as assisting with implementing our new Recovery system. Writing queries, reviewing programming issues, assist with testing on our new platform (non-AS400), and executing test cases, and any other tasks that the business needs.


Skills: AS400, SQL and Query400 experience. RPG and CL programming language knowledge.

Prior experience with collection agency/legal firm system (FICO RMS system on the mainframe or iSeries platform highly desirable).

Experience supporting a collection/recovery system in a system admin role preferred.

Understanding of UAT testing and Quality Center experience desired.
