Trainee Creative Designer:
The Job Description for the position of Trainee creative designer would be the following:
Conceptualise and design leaflets, brochures, logos, corporate annual reports, stationery, flash/pdf/powerpoint presentations, image editing and trade show displays.
Oversee print and electronic production of company ads, banners, marketing collaterals, fliers, presentations and branded packaging.
Design/source corporate branding items.
Manage and design corporate website.
Manage and coach the design team serving our high-end international clients.
Develop and design internal applications/systems to track and report daily KPIs to the Management.
Maintain highest levels of confidentiality of all the work undertaken for the EMPLOYER.
Supervise the assigned team, as-and-when needed.
Train, mentor and coach team members, as-and-when required..
Responsible for people management and people development.
Provide work-related feedback and inputs to the Management.
Handle any other employment-related task or responsibility assigned by the EMPLOYER's Management from time to time.
Report, document, and manage processes and information related to responsibilities mentioned herein and which may be added or modified from time to time.
Desired Profile:
Candidate should be preferably a Fine-Arts graduate only.
Should have 0-1year of relevant experience in the field of creative designing.
Should have strong inclination and passion for the field.
Positive learning attitude.
Only profiles with portfolios would only be considered for the position.
