¿ Strong work experience in Java,J2EE & Web technologies.
¿ Good experience in production support of eCommerce applications ¿ eCommerce domain and platforms knowledge like Blue Martini/ ATG/ Hybris/ IBM WCS is preferred ¿ Strong client interfacing skills ¿ Work with Business to understand the scope and Setting/improving Onsite Offshore Communication protocol ¿ Focus on Documentation to create people independent processes ¿ Mentoring of Team leads and members ¿ Client and Management reporting ¿ Driving Lessons learnt, Knowledge Transition meetings and Trainings for the team
