Description:
Business Systems Analyst
Functional Analysts will participate in a team environment. The team will be responsible for leading, participating and scheduling business requirement sessions, developing detailed design specifications, and preparing functional documentation as required. Functional Analysts will be working with business users to design and create functional requirement documents that can then be translated into technical specifications. They will be responsible for communicating both written and oral with end users and technical development team to created detailed and accurate design specifications that meet the customer requirements. Team will also participate in the creation of test plans, scripts and utilizing during testing phase.
Ø Lead the requirements review and definition.
Ø Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Ø Lead the creation of functional design deliverables.
Ø Creation and management of requirements traceability matrix.
Ø Creation of use cases.
Ø Facilitate, participate and contribute to Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and the collection of business requirements.
Ø Document and communicate functional related issues.
Ø Create and update online user procedures, on-line help, on-line policy documentation, user manuals, technical training and transition plan.
Essential Skills:
Ø 3-5 years of Experience leading requirements analysis and design sessions.
Ø 3-5 years of Experience in facilitation of Joint Application Design sessions.
Ø Demonstrating prior technical abilities as a Developer will contribute to the success of this position
Ø Experience translating functional requirements into functional and technical design Specifications.
Ø Experience in the creation of all levels of functional documentation for analysis and design, testing, and training.
Ø Experience in the creation and update of online user procedures, on-line help, on-line policy documentation, user manuals, technical training and transition plan.
Ø Excellent communication skills with client and peer resources as well as project leaders.

Ø Data Warehousing

Ø PDA, Lotus Notes, LEI, C, C++, SQL Server, Cognos, Access, VB6.0, Crystal Reports, Talend, BIRT, Java, Eclipse
