Responsibilities:
Mentor team members in the definition, execution and communication of ETL strategy and technical solution
Architect, design, develop, test, debug and deploy complex ETL programs adhering to best practices
Set strategy and oversee design and development of data staging, architecture and consuming internal and external application interfaces
Main point of contact between business and operational users, other data management staff and infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to client and company guidelines, restrictions and requirements as well as industry standards

Manage the definition, monitoring and management of business data quality and ETL operational metrics

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field
Minimum of eight years related experience in leading strategies, designing approaches and understanding technologies for ETL processes in large scale data management environments
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and unstructured/relational databases and data verification/validation techniques, methods and tools
Extensive experience with and success in managing projects from inception to production rollout and support
Outstanding communication skills that foster professional relationships among internal and external team members as well as efficient work processes
Hands-on experience working with low-latency real-time application requirements.
Experience with SSIS is required.
Healthcare Industry experience a plus.

· He/She will play a key role in the design, planning, execution and installation of the current infrastructure to support new applications and technologies. Support software and hardware upgrades to network servers, operating systems, and applications.
· Responsible for backup integrity and recovery coordination and planning.
· Must have extensive experience with standard industry practices including a variety of server types, clustering, and load balancing techniques. Possess considerable logic and understanding to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
