Position: Lead Business Analyst Location: Boston, Massachusetts Duration: 7 months   Years of Experience:  5 years progressive experience in Business Analysis Other:  Prefer local to the Boston area             Awarded contract could extend beyond this phase to an additional 3 years   REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE   Mandatory:        ·         In depth knowledge of Business Analysis techniques ·         Demonstrated ability to write concise and accurate requirements ·         Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into technical specifications for use by developers with little or no ambiguity ·         Demonstrated ability to clearly write business rules, business logic and SQL ·         Excellent written and oral communication skills ·         Ability to manage business analysts and assigned work products   Desired:               ·         Analysis experience for Oracle Data Warehouse 10g release 2 or higher ·         Data Mapping techniques for  Source to Target Mapping for data warehouse environment ·         Analysis experience for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 10g release 2 or higher ·         Use of Rational ReqPro for capturing requirements and detailed specifications ·         Requirements Traceability techniques
