Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated sales person who are excited about an opportunity to be a part of growing organization and driven to be highly successful.
As a Sales Trainee, You would be working with our recruiting and sales team.
This person will be responsible for the development and account management of new business within a respective market.
Desired Profile:
Built relationship with US clients.
Candidates willing to work as per US EST timings/ night (fixed timings).
Managing existing US clients/ Generate New clients.
Must know the complete process & take full ownership for Requirement fulfillments.
Will prefer candidates with BBA, B.A, BCom, BCA/ M.A., PGDBA, PGDM, MBA. Provide staffing services to clients with the help of backend recruitment team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
5 Days a week (Monday-Friday), (Sat-Sunday-Fixed off).
