Job Description:
Lead the team to accomplish the targets.
Processing issues through Technical expertise.
Interpret policies and safety guidelines of the organization to workers.
Prepare monthly MIS.
Liaisoning with PPC(Production Planning Control).
Examine products, specifications and adjustments of machines.
Manage the production schedule.
Drive changes in work environment conditions and equipment usage.
Assigning control and monitor required resources.
Liaisoning with quality productive groups, informing about the problems in the product.
Manpower deployment.
