The incumbent should have atleast 6 months to 2 years of hands on Technical Recruitment experience in the IT, Telecom industry or atleast 6 months to 2 years of quality recruiting experience with any reputed search & selection firm.
Candidates with higher experience will considered for suitable Leadership roles within the firm.
