Dear Leaders
At the outset, thank you all for providing your support with interview panel for the week end drives that we have been doing for last several weeks.
Since we still have big numbers to be recruited, as per the sign off report, we have organized for walk in drives on 28th and 29th August (Saturday and Sunday) at five locations, viz. Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai. The art work of the advertisement being released on Wednesday is attached for your ready reference.
We have a target to release spot offers for the selected candidates on both the days and this would be possible only if you extend the support by providing Technical Panel from your respective IBGs/Competencies who are empowered to take hiring decisions of the selected candidates immediately after the interview.
We need to share the feedback with Hari and Rakesh on the walk in interview status in terms of the number of offers released against the current pending requirements by Monday and request your support and co-operation.
We will schedule a call at 3.30 today to get your confirmation on the panel availability and address concerns, if any.
