Job Description:
Responsible for planning, organizing and creating Operator's Manuals, Owner's Manuals and Documentation Set PDM/ERP Support
Timely completion of all assignments relating to technical documentation
Establishing and maintaining high quality of submitted work, as per defined documentation standards and best practices in technical writing and Document management
Prepares document schedules/develops documentation plan for projects and maintains records
Attends product meetings, organizes meetings as required
Proactive approach to questioning technical team and managers to clarify technical issues
Setting up document standards, styles and formats, etc.
Ensure that documents are technically accurate, user-focused, and free from errors by applying group processes, procedures, and standards
Desired Profile:
Good Technical background
Should have strong Technical writing and Document management experience: 0 – 2 yrs. Preferably in Heavy Machinery Industries
Excellent written and spoken English
Accurate way of working
Initiative and good team work skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a globally-distributed team
Knowledge of PDM and ERP applications
