Ness Technologies are hiring laterals (2 years experience) for Java and testing profiles.

EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: - Educational/ Professional Qualifications (Essential): BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MBA/CA/ICWA - Regular
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent Professional & Academic Record.
1. Siebel Tech Lead (Job Number- 1000GDB- Bangalore )
- Should have 7 to 10 year of Siebel 7.x/8.x experience.
- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, EAI, EIM and Workflows.
- Lead a team of 1-3 CSC Offshore resources, in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase.
- Should prepare proof of concept, conceptual design documents for implementing business requirements.
- Should create Analysis & Design Document.
- Should create Estimation Document and sequence diagram for specific requirement.
- Should have Good analytical and technical knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Demonstrate a full knowledge of Siebel Configuration Best Practices
- Configure Siebel Components from high level specifications or derived logical processes (DLPs).
2. Siebel Developer (Job Number- 1000ERQ- Bangalore, Job Number- 1000FRW- Chennai/ Hyderabad )
- Should have 3 to 6 years of Siebel 7.8/8.0 experience.
- Should have strong knowledge in Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflows.
- Should have strong exp in Siebel Configuration.
- Siebel EAI and EIM would be Plus.
- Should have Good analytical and technical knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills.
3. Siebel EAI Developer ( Job Number- 1000ERP- Bangalore )
- Should have 3 to 6 years of Siebel 7.8/8.0 experience.
- Should have strong knowledge in Siebel EAI, Configuration, Scripting and Workflows.
- Should have strong exp in Siebel EAI, EIM.
- Should have Good analytical and technical knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills.
4. Siebel CTI Developer ( Job Number- 1000ERM- Bangalore )
- Should have 3 to 6 years of Siebel 7.8/8.0 experience.
- Should have strong knowledge & experience in Siebel CTI.
- Should have strong exp in Genesys, Nortel, CISCO CTI Application.
- Should have Good analytical and technical knowledge.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Experience in Genesys is preferred
