Job Responsibilities:

·         Client is upgrading/migrating to Sharpoint 2013 from older versions including 2003, 2007 and 2010.

·         Design, code, test and implement C#.Net and SQL Server within the Sharepoint framework.

·         Design, code, test and implement ASP.Net web applications and .Net web services using industry standards and best practices.

·         Design, develop, configure SharePoint features using SharePoint object model to deliver quality solutions on SharePoint platform.

·         Provide support 1000 geographically disparate employees. New work as identified.

 

Required Skills:

·         Good English speaking skills

·         9 years of total experience in Information Technology.

·         6 or more years experience in SharePoint development experience.

·         3 or more years experience in C#, ASP.Net development within SharePoint Framework including Strong knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal (v2007/2010), Central Administration and basic administrative functions, Web Parts, Content Types, InfoPath Forms, SharePoint Designer, Content Editor/Query Web Parts, Site Templates, Site Themes, Page Layouts and Master Pages

·         3 or more years experience accessing the A huge plus:  CSOM (Client Side Object Model)

Job Title:          Active Directory Administrators/Architect
Location:          Vernon Hills, IL
Duration:          6+ Months Contract

Global Identity Management & Active Directory Administrator/Architect

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Identity Management efforts related to architecture, design and operational support plans.
Microsoft ForeFront Identity Management (FIM) tool expertise
FIM Self-Service Portal (SSPR) environment setup and automation
Communicates and validates the security policies for domains.
Communicates and implements specific security strategies for the directory (PKI, Certificates).
Jump servers setup for RDP access to Domain Controllers
Ensure critical servers are logging events to approved data aggregation appliances (GPO Enforcement)
Any Domain Admin (-ou, -g; -b) account activity must be logged and monitored
Migrate service accounts to Active Directory for critical servers (& require Service Accounts ONLY be used for starting services)
Audit & remove nested access permissions for users/groups with elevated permissions in Active Directory
Enforce Account Persistence/Replacement via AD Policy for servers
Review Microsoft EMET use for critical servers within our environment
Deploy McAfee Solidcore to all remaining servers
Determines the contents of the enterprise, schema and domain administrators groups.
Communicates the overall strategy for the Domain and verifies that the design meet these administrative goals.
Design and develops improvements for the directory and other areas of the infrastructure.
Applies troubleshooting techniques.
3rd/4th Level support for all Active Directory and privileged accounts escalated issues
Provides 24 hour on call support as required.
Trains and assists entry-level staff and provides technical guidance to the other technical personnel.
Responsible for the validation of the Active Directory Domains ensure all SOP's are kept up to date.
Document system/environment changes using the approved change management process.
Shares knowledge and expertise with team members in a manner that enhances overall team performance.

Qualifications
10+ years' experience in managing/architecting corporate Directory Services.
Familiar with best practice Active Directory and Identity Management design and operations.
Experience in Business processes.
Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Ability to lead and/or work effectively on cross-functional teams.
Ability to independently apply advanced problem solving techniques.
Advanced understanding of validated and quality systems.
In-depth knowledge of industry direction and impact of that direction on business environment.
